Barn Owl Review is an independent literary annual dedicated to publishing the highest quality poetry, fiction, and critical prose. We are a handsomely designed print journal of writing that takes risks while still connecting with readers. The journal is published in Akron, Ohio, and welcomes submissions from both near and far. Our second issue will be released in February 2009 at the AWP conference book fair in Chicago.
