Barn Owl Review is an independent literary annual dedicated to publishing the highest quality poetry from emerging and established writers. We are a handsomely designed print journal of writing that takes risks while still connecting with readers. The journal is published in Akron, Ohio, and welcomes submissions from both near and far.
