Barn Owl Review is an independent literary annual dedicated to publishing the highest quality poetry from emerging and established writers. We are a handsomely designed print journal of writing that takes risks while still connecting with readers. The journal is published in Akron, Ohio, and welcomes submissions from both near and far. Our fourth issue will be released in 2011 at the AWP conference book fair in Washington DC.
